This heavy-duty Jeep Wrangler JK steel bumper has everything you could wish for. Yes, it comes in black. Yes, it's a full-width bumper, meaning it will cover your front from fender to fender. Yes, it's powder-coated to withstand rust and scratches.
This bumper is also equipped with front recovery mounts, a wide LED light bar and dual led fog/spread lights on each side. It fits very well with stock fenders and won't leave any gaps. The u-bar will protect your engine from wild-life impacts and lets you mount additional spotlights.

I bought this bumper because it had everything that I wanted to buy separately anyway. It got a massive light bar in the front, 2 sets of fog lights and a massive u-bar. I am running this setup now for more than a year and the bumper looks like it did from day one. Despite some heavy winching efforts and lots of mud and dirt the powdercoating basically stayed untouched (they must have put a lot of that stuff on it) and whenever I check out the bumpers of other Jeeps this one is seriously the best looking of all. 10 out of 10!
