Even with a 2.5-inch lift kit and true 33-inch tyres (ie. 295/70R17) your Jeep Wrangler JKU(R) still is under 2.00m tall with this roof rack installed.
Its low-profile stealth design does not help to get into height-limited car parks but it also helps to keep the loss of fuel economy as well as wind noise at a minimum.

I bought this rack in the beginning of this year and used it so many times now. Really good quality regarding the welds and the paint shop. I also love that I didn't need to drill holes into my hardtop to install it but still get a huge load capacity. My latest upgrade where some ebay LED lights that go on the roof rack which makes it extra cool! Definitely can suggest this one.
I believe I was one of the very first customers getting this from the Jeep store because they helped me with the installation and mentioned they were surprised and thought it would be more difficult to put together. It took us just short of half an hour for the installation. First we took off all bolts that keep the hard top on the chassis, then one guy pushed the hard top up a little so we can slide the mounting pieces in between the hard top and the frame. Then we screwed the bolts back and installed the two side pieces and me and another guy put the basket on the hard top and screwed all tight.
I've been running the hard top now since about 2 months and I could not be happier. We did Rainbow Beach last weekend and I was impressed how little wind noise it causes going down the Bruce Highway. There's now a lot of space on my roof to put esky, chairs, gazebo and tool bag. So far now rust and the powder coating is spotless.
Definitely one of the most practical mods I've bought for my Jeep and I bought shit tonnes of stuff (more than I'd like to admit to my wife haha).
Also it came with a little side step that you can put on your door to help you get up to the roof.
